We need an experienced handyperson to install 12 folder holders—one in each of the treatment rooms at our two wellness clinics (7 rooms in Claremont and 5 rooms in Duncraig) The walls are plasterboard/drywall, so suitable fixings are required to securely support the holders and their contents. The job includes: * Measuring and positioning each holder neatly and level. * Checking for concealed wiring or pipes before drilling. * Installing all 12 holders with appropriate plasterboard fixings. * Cleaning up any dust and debris afterwards. Please bring your own tools and include suitable screws and wall anchors.

Re-render a low front fence

A couple of wall and ceiling areas following a wall removal and door widening. A couple of other squares to patch too.

Looking to install two new glazed timber external doors to my house utilising existing frames (timber) Existing Front door leaf is 855mm x 2030 x 35mm Existing Back door leaf is 810mm x 2030 x 35mm Doors will need to be trimmed/planed slightly before install. Have checked this can be done Doors will also need to be fitted with new hardware; externally - key lockset, internally- pull bar Hinges Door seals It would also be great if any cut outs that are no longer require in the frame could be filled ready for us to repaint. I have sourced the doors I would like to install and are in site ready to go I have provided photos of the hardware and doors. Let me know if you need more details

Change(replace)the door lock I have already taken the old one out. But the new one seems a little bit larger the the hole. 0.1 something. Need someone knows how to put the new one on. 5 minutes job… as photo. The room door only. Nothings electronic not smart lock….
