We are looking to get a quote and your availability to install signage at our new showroom located at 249 Stirling Highway, Claremont. We are looking to change the background to dark grey ACM sheets and remove the big photo that you see in the picture below. I have the approximate measurements below too. Please see the attached video for the signage.

Ground floor storage locker 107cm x 236cm. We have 4 bikes to store. We have purchased a couple of different bike rack/hook styles (see photos). Screws not provided. Drilling into single brick required. We need the bike rack/hooks installed on brick wall so can hang 4 bikes.

Shower screen was removed for tiling, just needs to be reinstalled. Panel is 2150m as state in sketch and is on site. Was removed by one person to re-tile.

Window is almost 4 metres high. Plastic sheeting needs to be taped at the top to cover the window all the way to ground level - and at sides. I have a suitable ladder but you may prefer your own. Somone tall and used to working on roof tops is ideal.

Install one new ceiling fan in office and move location of a second ceiling fan closer to centre of room in bedroom. Both fans to be installed on bottom storey of two story house so there is no cavity to access above. I am okay for you to cut gyprock as needed to access and I can patched after. The fan in bed room already has power to and is working - just want it centre in the room.

I have 2 aluminium slat awnings I need installed in my courtyard. Height of installation is about 2.5m. you will need a ladder,electric drill and tape measure, as each awning has 3 brackets that need to be installed at specific distances. I have the screws and plugs to insert into the wall, but don't have the drill attachment. Photo of screw, brackets and awnings attached. I started the first but don't have the tools to finish the job.

Some horizontal springs (4) have come loose on one side of sofa. Only one yr old. Need someone who can fix please!

I have electric blinds: 1) that need to be reset so that they all stop at the same place; 2) one of which has a fuse that just blew and annoyed that got stuck in the process and pulled at the sides; and 3) that’s hitting against the metal door frames and driving me insane that need a solution.

The gate is not closing unless manually pushed closed due to its poor alignment - the top part of the gate is getting caught preventing it from closing. In the photos, you can see where it is rubbing up tightly along the latch - white scuff marks. The tension is fine as it moves towards closing and the self latch system will work once the gate is pushed in to a closed position. Need repaired as soon as possible. Please reply if you confidently know you can fix it. Thanks

We bought a bunnings roller blinds, needs to be cut to match the dimensions of our bathroom window and installed.

- Mount TV to wall - drill 2 sets of 3m length curtain rods - assist with washing machine set up (can’t figure out plumbing)
