1) Install outdoor blind (2.4m x 2.4m - see pic) 2) Install length of flashing (have 3 x 1m lengths per pic) over existing outdoor blind to cover gap (see pic) 3) re-secure clamp and re-install clamp 1, holding up drainpipe just above the existing outdoor blind (see pic)

Brick wall 10 metres long, 1.2 metres high two returns of 2 metres. Ground level no ladders needed, just labour. Material onsite. Need labour to apply ready render (unitex) on brick wall that’s already had bond Crete applied

Looking for someone to come have a look at four roll down shutters. They are a little clunky and one only rolls down to halfway. Would appreciate someone that knows how to do some maintenance and repairs if required

- tubing required as well as a ball valve to repair Bonaire evaporative system - water is leaking pointed out by neighbour when he was on his roof - water supply currently off to the evap until fixed - no photos available of the leak - was advised tape or temporary fix of tube not possible when it was serviced few weeks ago

Minor plastering job over 3 small vents and one hole

Broken chain on blinds, I have temporarily fixed the chain but it probably needs replacing. I have also noticed that this particular blind and is not flush with the wall like the other ones in the apartment. It is currently wedged with paper? Can this be fixed? I just want an estimate at this point in time for both jobs. I can only add one photo for some reason but you get the idea.

Fixing of chipped paint on the walls and removal of temporary locks from the walls. If tve paint gets damaged from lock removal then fixing of the same as well . The type of locka are shown in the picture.

Ranghood railing damage that needs to be fit back

The wooden door at my apartment is broken. The wood covering has come off, need it to be fixed.
