We have 3 ceiling fans installed a few years ago. All three have minor issues, that require checking up by an electrician specialsing in ceiling fans. Videos of the issue are attached so you can see what the issue is. Fan 1 - Condenser makes noise, and is unable to make the fan spin Fan 2 - Runs fine, but there is still a noise Fan 3 - Makes a little noise, but runs on Medium at best We request a solution to fix this via parts or servicing. We have a leaking shower, in multiple places through the screen between the door and the fixed frame and in the corner of the shower (see attached photo). A lot of water is coming out and ends up sitting on the tiles. I am after a quote for the repair, prior to works commencing.

Gate latch to be installed. Clearly I've tried and failed. Must bring own tools. I have the latch and screws (although you should probably bring 1 spare screw just in case, because I got one stuck 😆🫠)
