Hi, can I please get a quote for some maintenance work on my home ceiling? A few nails have come off in some rooms, and there’s some sagging due to water damage, along with a few cracks at the corners. Some of the corner carvings have also come loose where the glue has worn off. The job involves reattaching or tightening the existing screws, adding extra screws where needed to prevent sagging, and re-gluing the loose corners. At one of the kitchen corners, you may need to remove a small section of the ceiling and replace it with a new piece. Please make everything ready for painting — painting is not required. I’ve attached some photos. The red lines in the markup show where the cracks and damaged areas are.
