We have 3 ceiling fans installed a few years ago. All three have minor issues, that require checking up by an electrician specialsing in ceiling fans. I am after fly screens for these louvre windows. If it needs to be boxed in then Ideally colour matched. But I am open to other solutions as well such as retractable fly screens if that can work. louvre dimensions are: 2 windows, 120 cm x 85 cm - next to each other another 2 smaller ones 90 cm x 55cm - next to each other Now the overhang above (metal), is 100 cm, and below lip (wood) is 7.5 cm. You can see in the pictures the louvres are smaller than these dimensions when open. This should help restrict material costs.

I need to remove all the beams (see pictures). There are 31 beams there. Each end tightened by a screw. I need your help to remove all the screws. I will then dispose all the beams myself. I can supply you a two steps ladder (see pictures). The person suit this job best: Good at using drill. Know how to unscrew tightened screw Okay to work on top of our planter box (see picture) Location is at Boondall close to the Boondall train station.
