Looking for an experienced handyman or electrician to install two Meross Smart Garage Door Openers on my existing Doorworks 1200 motors. Scope of Work: Connect 2-wire signal cables to the existing dry-contact push terminals (WALL SWITCH and COM) on top of both motors. Install and neatly route the wired door open/close magnetic sensors along the top rail/tracks. Plug both units into the overhead power points and tidy up the wiring. Important Equipment Note: Garage ceiling is approx 4.4m high, with motors suspended at around 3.8m in the center of the garage (no wall to lean against). You must bring an 8ft (2.4m) or larger freestanding A-frame / double-sided ladder. Location: Baulkham Hills, NSW

Need to make a couple of changes to my garage doors. What I need is the one on the right, I need the motor moved about a metre towards the garage and the chain adjusted to allow the garage door to still open (doesn’t have to open all the way), and then the one on the left I want to remove the motor and the tracks and make it a fixed garage panel which won’t be opened. I’m located at baulkham hills.

Looking for someone experienced in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) / glue-pull dent removal to repair several dents in an insulated garage door in Norwest. The garage door still works perfectly. I just need the dents improved or removed as much as possible. Because the door is insulated, there is limited access from behind, so I’m looking for someone such as a car dent/PDR specialist who can use glue-pulling tabs, dent lifters, a slide hammer and heat if required to work the dents from the outside. I’m trying to avoid replacing the entire garage door panel. Please refer to the attached photos for the damage. If you have experience with PDR/glue-pull dent removal and think you can improve the dents, please make an offer.

I’m looking for someone experienced in repairing mirrored wardrobe sliding doors. There are two issues that need to be fixed: 1. Sliding doors stick and don’t move smoothly * Both mirrored sliding doors are difficult to slide. * They slide reasonably well at one end of the wardrobe but become noticeably harder to move as they approach the opposite end. * The rollers, tracks and door alignment will likely need to be inspected and adjusted, repaired or replaced as necessary. 2. Loose mirror edge trim (safety issue) * On one of the mirrored doors, the protective edge trim/channel running down both vertical sides of the mirror has come loose and is separating from the glass. * This leaves a gap where someone could potentially cut their finger on the edge of the mirror. * The trim needs to be securely reattached or replaced if required. Please bring the necessary tools and any common consumables. If replacement parts (such as rollers or trim) are needed, please let me know before proceeding with any additional costs. Photos are attached showing the loose trim and the wardrobe doors.

I need two 1200mm wide floating shelves installed on a feature wall, it is gyprock, so the installer needs to locate the timber joists behind the wall to screw into , very easy job for a professional, probably take less than an hour .
