4 lifting hooks need to be installed for lift company. Each requiring 4 bolts I already have the hooks and bolts from hilti just need them installed properly

Remove, replace and install a section of cornice that's come loose. One section (pictured) in the backroom and a few more sections in the ensuite. The backroom, the section coming loose is around 1220mm but would like to replace from the corner which will make the total section to repair at least 3m. I understand if the price needs to change because you find more work is needed when you get onsite. Please include supply in the price

I am looking for an experienced and preferably qualified mechanic to teach our family how to carry out regular maintenance on my 2015 Honda Odyssey. I would like hands-on guidance so I can learn to maintain my car myself, rather than just have someone complete the work for me. I would like to learn: * maintain vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid as well as engine oil change ( I do know how to top up) * engine oil filter replacement ( i know how to replace cabin filter and air filter) * How to inspect the battery, belts, hoses, brake pad / disc and other basic components * How to identify what maintenance is needed and when I am happy to purchase the necessary fluids, filters, tools and equipment in advance if you can advise me on what is required. Ideally, I would like someone who can demonstrate the procedures, explain each step and supervise me while I practise. Patch few opened Gyprock areas to fix some plumbing issue

I’m looking for someone experienced in repairing mirrored wardrobe sliding doors. There are two issues that need to be fixed: 1. Sliding doors stick and don’t move smoothly * Both mirrored sliding doors are difficult to slide. * They slide reasonably well at one end of the wardrobe but become noticeably harder to move as they approach the opposite end. * The rollers, tracks and door alignment will likely need to be inspected and adjusted, repaired or replaced as necessary. 2. Loose mirror edge trim (safety issue) * On one of the mirrored doors, the protective edge trim/channel running down both vertical sides of the mirror has come loose and is separating from the glass. * This leaves a gap where someone could potentially cut their finger on the edge of the mirror. * The trim needs to be securely reattached or replaced if required. Please bring the necessary tools and any common consumables. If replacement parts (such as rollers or trim) are needed, please let me know before proceeding with any additional costs. Photos are attached showing the loose trim and the wardrobe doors.
