I am looking for a general maintenance person for our house and AirBNB which is on the same property. Tasks include a range of maintenance and repairs including staining timber windows / painting, fixing gates, pool equipment, fixing broken components in the AirBNB and other ad hoc tasks depending on what comes up. I am looking for someone reliable, with the relevant skills and experience that can tackle all tasks to a high standard. As discussed in the intro, I am looking to make this an ongoing relationship.

Our ceiling fan isn't rotating - the wall dial still turns on the power so I believe the issue is with the fan itself, however I don't want to make things worse by trying to fix it myself. Hoping I can find someone for a cheap and speedy fix!

I have an EGR soft tonneau cover that I need put on my ute. the sports bar will need to come off and a few holes need to be drilled, some bolts installed and some rivets installed, and then the sports bar back on. The job is fairly straight forward for someone who knows what they are doing. Ideally I'd like someone who has done this before. It is probably 2-3 hours work. I can assist with removal of the sports bar and putting it back on. Install 2 1220x2m petmesh flyscreens. Own tools required. I will purchase the screens for install.

Fix areas of water damage where the wood has become a bit out of shape. Work is to remove out of shape wood, replace with new wood, fill joins, sand and paint. Also make the surrounding areas look good, filling gaps in plaster or minor damage to wood, sanding and painting where required. Please note regarding budget that I am flexible and it would be helpful if you could give me a view on how long the work would take to complete. Fix and make good crack in wall

Cupboard needs to be fixed to wall to stop it toppling and 4-5 large pictures to be hung on walls. Walls are masonry so will need plugs etc. just moved house! Ideally this afternoon as I can’t unpack into a wobbly cupboard!

The shower grout has a few inches of mould that won’t budge. And I have a real estate inspection this Saturday. I’m hoping to have this grout fixed/replaced seamlessly with no trace of a fix. Thank you
