One of our ceiling fans is running very slow in our baby’s room. I believe the capacitor needs to be replaced. Looking for someone to come inspect and fix the fan so it rotates at full speed.

1.Oil small merbau veranda/deck • Hose deck and apply liquid. • Brush with clean broom while wet and hose off after 10-15min • After timber has fully dried (while doing other jobs), apply intergrain decking oil • The deck is 6mths old and undercover so no scrubbing or heavy prep required, this is just a twice yearly coat of oil. 2. Paint one treated pine handrail • 1-2 coats of paint on veranda handrail (paint provided) • Wood is 6mths old and partially undercover. No sanding/cleaning expected. 3.Cover doggy door hole on laundry door • Cut thin offcut to size (medium size doggy door, exact dimensions available if needed) • Paint white if not already white including edges • Affix to inside side of door with x4 screws (don’t glue, must be easily removed in the future) 4.Clean aircon filters • Slide filter panel from three inside A/C air units and remove any accumulated fluff before sliding back in • Units are wall mounted but easy to reach. This is done frequently and normally takes under 10min to do all three. 5.Tighten one inside door hinge • Tighten hinge to lift slightly dragging door back to normal angle. Optional extra: Ideal would be if you’re local and can return to apply a second coat of oil to the deck (require minimum 3hrs drying between coats so later same day or following day) – please indicate if you’re including this in your quote. Location: Balgowlah (near Manly), driveway parking available. Single story house. Materials I will provide (onsite already): Dulux matt outdoor paint for handrail; Intergrain natural timber oil (unstained) Materials required: Deck cleaning solution ($15-20 ones from Bunnings are fine); bucket; clean broom; paint brushes and deck brushes (recommended); sticks to stir/mix paint + oil; thin timber offcut; four timber screws; drill Images attached: handrail for painting, decking for oiling, and doggy door hole to cover.
