Not ashburton. Location is Glen Iris. Remove 2 internal doors, keeping hardware. Demolish very basic wardrobe in hall (cleats), remove bedroom wardrobe doors and demo 1 shelf. Carefully remove kitchen cabinet doors to prep for painting. Send me some measurements.

DOOR - Ensuite Bathroom Door Installation - (SUPPLY & INSTALL) * Request/Issue - Modify opening and install new timber door. * Location - Ensuite bathroom. * Size/Area - Approx. 1200mm × 2500mm opening. * Type - Plasterboa tity - 1 door. ~ Assess opening and confirm optimal hinge orientation. ~ Protect flooring, vanity and surrounding finishes. ~ Remove existing skirting and trim from end wall. ~ Remove existing roller blind and fixing brackets. ~ Remove top and bottom architraves to window. ~ Construct new stud framing to reduce height and width of opening. ~ Install new plasterboard sheeting to framed section. ~ Tape, set and sand joints to paint-ready finish. ~ Install new door jamb to new door opening. ~ Install new architrave to door to match existing profile. ~ Install new architrave to close off gaps between new wall and window. ~ Fill, sand and prepare all fixing points. ~ Supply and install new internal door and hardware. ~ Prime all new plasterboard and raw timber. ~ Apply two coats colour matched wall paint to new section. ~ Apply two coats semi-gloss enamel to door, jamb and architrave.

Removal of 5m external motorized awning from wall. Electrical work already done , ready to remove. Transport of awning to nearby address required, 5 min drive. No installation required.

We have had ongoing issues with door handles in our home continuing to come loose. My gut feel is the “hole” is too large for the current handles we have installed. But I’m not expert. Looking to fill / re-do holes in x2 doors. Also looking to install x1 wall track in our garage (concrete wall). And x1 gym plate holder (concrete wall) also in garage.
