Water leak has damaged interior garage Gyprock ceiling. Remove and replace approximately 1.5 sheets of Gyprock and approximately 5.5m of cornice. Remove or work around ceiling light. I can assist with the job if needed. No painting required Preferably not needing to remove garage door, should be enough space above door to work around it. No idea how much to price this at.

Gyprock needs to be set. We have put the gyprock up but we just need someone to set it. Approx area of the ceiling is 2400 x 3000.

Bathroom ceiling size is 2400mm X 1600 mm approx Need to properly apply waterproof moisture resistant primer and two coats of high quality mold resistant, water based paint. Two sheets may be required to cover the area, so it needs tape joints and apply multiple coats of jointing compound to cerate smooth durable finish. Toilet wall sizes are 1500mm wide X 1900mm high (2 sides) and 850mm wide x 1900mm high (1 side). The toilet walls are currently asbestos, so it is best to install the plasterboard above it. The same paint work as per bathroom ceiling needs to be applied. Need supply delivery and installation

I need help building a small vertical wall/column to support a sliding door track in front of my laundry. Needs to come out 100mm to fit the track and clear the cupboards. The job involves: Framing a vertical structure that is 110mm wide x 100mm deep x 2400mm high Attaching securely to the floor, ceiling, and back wall (concrete) Timber frame and sheet the front and sides with gyprock (including taping and jointing) The structure must be solid enough to support a sliding door track, so good fixing is important.
