Hi, I need to reinstall a plaster cornice above a bathroom window. The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down. Scope of work: • Reinstall plaster (gyprock) cornice securely • Use proper cornice cement/adhesive • Ensure strong fixing into framing • Tidy up joins and finish smoothly • No painting required The original piece is available and can be reused if suitable, otherwise I can purchase a new one if recommended. Small section only.

2 X Sliding door requires fly screen mesh to be removed and replaced with new one. 1 X Window mesh needs to be removed and replaced with new one. (Mesh is not supplied need to be supplied by tasker upon arrival) There is also a small minor gyprock wall damage in bedroom requires batching up looking new before upcoming home inspection. The job is for fixing Gyprock holes, paint rips and scuffs for and end of lease bond clean. Experienced plasterer preffered as end result is important for bond release. - had 3 wall mounted TV's - paint rips from 3m tabs as painters never used base coat. - I've repaired crudely a couple already but used gloss, now have he right paint. - a couple of holes from moving and just general clumsiness I don't believe this to be a big job and an experienced plasterer would no doubt knock this over unfortunately although I was aiming to do this myself we are becoming short on time and require the extra help. Repair ceiling gyprock and paint

I have 2 areas in my house were gyprock have been cut out for a water leak we had that need to be filled with gyprock and patched again

Water leak caused partial ceiling collapse. Leak fixed, hole remains. Approximately 2500 x 700, straight set. Friday would be good.

Bring tools to drill acrylic reception sign behind the reception desk. Centred on the gyprock wall behind the desk. Wont take long at all.
