roof started linking from the heavy rain - suspect it may be from the gutters. tap and shower head seem to have a slow leak during rainfall as well - not leaking when not raining, perhaps linked.

Our roof is right under a large tree, so it gets lots of leaves and small branches. We need someone to sweep the roof, clean the gutters and around the skylights, and neatly dispose of the leaves and branches (even if just by putting them in our green bin). The roof is not large – 2-bedroom, single-story worker’s cottage. Relatively easy access by ladder (byo).

My dishwasher is acting up, but it could quite likely be user error, so I just need you to have a look at it and give an opinion. Understand, we might eventually need to make a service call, but would like plumber opinion first. I have a gutter on the second level of my terrace that might need cleaning. 1)Re-hang 10m of guttering along one side of house to correct slope, so water flows to down pipe AND 2) fix break in down pipe. The gutter is approx 3.9m above ground.
