There is a Telstra cable attached to the front of our single story house which is not in use. (Opus NBN now installed). The cable is attached to guttering that needs repair so must be removed by a qualified Electrician.

1) connect an outdoor tap: 3/4 inch copper pipe (Currently sealed off, but does leak) to a 20mm smartex pipe (Photots 1 & 2); 2) another similar coupling from Copper 20mm smartex pipe; 3) add taps to hot & cold water taps to hot water system setup (outdoors); (Photo 6) 4) Run piping for hot & cold water to veranda area, seal off ends for taps to be added - lets discuss options; and 5) replace/repair gutter downpipe bottom sections that feed into underground drainage system. (Photos 3 - 5)

Brand new guttering needs adjusting

I need gutters on my shed to be aligned as it is sagging at the moment and water flow is affected with it pouring out during heavy downpour. The brackets holding it may have come off or needs replacement for some sections. Shed is 16m long and just one side needs attention.
