Looking for someone experienced in Pressure Washing glazed Terracotta roof tiles with lichen growth. Perhaps a labourer that used to work in the industry that is interested in 2 - 4 days work. This is just a one off, it's not a long term. We have had many quotes from people, but the pricing is just too excessive. I went out and bought a pressure washer to try do myself but I shouldn't be on a roof. Can use my pressure washer if needed. There is quite a lot of lichen growth on the roof. Potentially could Use a pre rinse of a bleach solution but have to be extra careful of the garden if this is to happen. Most of the house is two Storey. Maybe an hourly rate price?
