Looking for a qualified handyman or fabricator to replace the existing front gate (screening grill) with a similar style gate. The new gate must match the height and width as shown in the attached photos. The gate needs to be hinged to open outward (externally). The current gate will need to be removed and disposed of as part of the job. Please review the photos before quoting and include supply, installation, and removal in your price.

My girlfriend has asked me to water her plants while away overseas but unfortunately only gave me the front door key and forgot to give me the key to the security gate. I need this opened please. While I understand that this is a simple job for a locksmith, I wasn't sure whether anyone would do it when I am telling you up front that this is NOT my house. As I've said, I do not need your assistance to access the property as I have a key to the front door. Just the first gate as she accidentally only gave me the one (front door) key. Cut gate into two gates will need side parts of each gate screwed in. $60 an hour approx 1 hour with right tools. The pillar of my front gate was only secured on one side at the bottom, causing it to tilt slightly. As a result, the gate no longer aligns properly with the pillar. The gate has pushed the pillar, along with my mailbox, to the other side, damaging the base of the letterbox. I need assistance in adjusting and reinforcing the pillar to its correct position so it properly fits the gate, as well as repairing the letterbox. Electric gate has stopped responding. Motors are ok. I’m told the receiver or sensor is faulty or playing up.
