Motorised driveway gate not operating correctly due to misaligned gate doors. The motor itself is not faulty, but the misalignment is preventing the gates from fully opening.

I have a faulty motorised gate to the driveway that needs to be replaced. The doors are misaligned and we want to change it to a sliding gate door and make the gate opening wider. And also we have a garage roller door that doesn’t open properly this needs fixing. Quote please.

Replace an existing Corrugated Polycarbonate Roofing on a second floor balcony with new roofing panels

Outdoor gate has come of its hinges after about 6 months post build as majority of the screws that held it up have snapped. Likely because they weren't sufficient to bear its weight. Would like someone to come and re-erect the gate with the right level of support (screws, hinges) to keep it there securely.

Budget flexible based on material costs and selected option. Require single gate installation from side street. Preference is for iron gate, however open to other suggestions. Pictures are of existing setup. Existing gate has been mounted on adjacent fence. Fence is sagging slightly, causing gate to slump. There may also be limitations in concreting new posts (if required) due to existing fence post. Width is approximately 900mm between posts, except for towards the top where the sagging has occurred.
