The pool fence gate hinge has come off as the screws are corroded. Needs to remove corroded screws and replace with new ones. Needs to adjust the second pool fence gate so that it closes automatically.

Two swing gates need repairing. Gate one requires new hinges and a new latch. Gate two requires new palings where a couple old palings have fallen off. I’ll pay for materials as well as labour cost.

Push button from inside doesn't open it. When gate swings shut, it doesn't go far enough on its own. The lock bar needs to be manually poked and the latch pulled down to close as shown in photo. Please quote to repair/adjust hinge so it works. Thanks
