Find a professional gate installation in Camberwell VIC

I am replacing an old metal pedestrian gate with a new timber gate and need a welder/fabricator to help with preparation. Remove existing metal gate and small infill panel currently attached to the steel post. Weld a steel extension onto the existing hollow steel post (currently concreted into the ground). Extension should bring the total post height to approx 1750–1800mm above ground. Weld should be structurally sound and neat, ideally fully welded around the join. Apply rust protection (primer or cold galvanising spray) after welding. If you require more information or photos please let me know.

I have a double swing automatic gate at my driveway. The gate used to operate normally where the right-side gate opens first, followed by the left-side gate after a short delay, so they don’t interfere with each other. Recently, the sequence seems to have changed. The left gate is now trying to open first while the right gate is still closed, which causes the left gate to hit or be blocked by the right gate. Because of this, the gate cannot open properly and the system stops working as expected. It appears the opening sequence or timing between the two motors may be incorrect, or the controller settings may have changed. No physical damages only need proper programming

Gate is not latching as it has moved off the hinges. Need it to be rehung so lock can engage.

The side gate to my house has come of the wall mount. 2 out of 3 bolts are loose or out. I don't have the tools to take the old bolts out or affix the gate with new bolts

Requires the baby gate to be installed against the wall studs and plaster walls, including supplying screws, anchors and plywood suitable for this installation.

I have a simple locksmith job . I don’t have the key to unlock the housing of the motor for my front driveway gate. It’s stuck and I can’t fully open the gate. Need to unlock the housing so I can switch over to manual and open my gate.

Handle / lock on gate broken - needs replacing

The mechanism works. When you turn the key the little piece of metal goes in and out. But on the fixed side, something fell and doesn’t stop the little piece of metal anymore. I can send a video, that will be much easier to understand !!!

A pool safety check revealed compliance problems with two gates. On one (a metal gate with a combination lock), the lock needs to be moved 300mm higher. On the other (a glass gate with a magnetic lock) the gap between the gate and the adjoining fence is a few mm too wide (from settling etc since it was built) so the gate or fence need to be readjusted. Both currently close automatically from any position and will need to still do that to be compliant with pool safety rules.

Require assistance with mounting baby gate (for pet). One side is to be mounted to plasterboard. Other side is to be mounted to wooden cabinet. Require qualified handyman as the work involves careful drilling work on plasterboard. Images added.
