My garage door is currently not closing. When I press the remote/control, I can hear the receiving sound from the motor, but the door does not move at all. I’m not sure whether this is a motor issue, sensor problem, track issue, or something else, and I’d like someone experienced with garage doors to inspect, diagnose, and fix it.

Front gate latch is not opening or closing well as posts have shifted. The latch part needs to be removed and moved further across on the post so it aligns and opens easily. Picture help explain so needs a handyman with correct tools.

The exposed aggregate concrete wasn’t laid well and hence it has falling apart, need to be fixed.

The gate latch has fallen apart. The back is still fixed in place but the front bolt and handle have come away. The latch needs to be put back together with new screws.

Metal gate post has come away from the wall and gate doesn’t close properly. Needs to be realigned/refit post to wall.

A pole providing some support to our electric gate is a little wobbly. It needs to be slightly moved and fixed into a fresh piece of concrete and secured with some bolts.
