Westinghouse cooktop to be fitted, present hole size 550 x 475 required 560 x 490. There is room on the benchtop.

Posting this for my mom, her gas stove top stopped I have taken the old one out and put the new one in place in the bench top. I just need somebody to come out and connect the stove top gas hose to the gas outlet underneath the bench as per what is required by law. All other work is done it just the connect and test for leaks that is required. Mom is on a pension so looking for the best price for her so she can cook again.

One gas burner not working.

I’m looking for a handyman to help fix my Smeg gas cooktop. The main (largest) burner has the following issues: 1. It’s very hard to ignite – often there is a clicking sound but no flame, and sometimes I have to use a lighter to get it started. 2. Even when it does light, the flame is very weak, much smaller than the other smaller burners. 3. The other burners are working normally, so the problem seems to be only with the main burner. My location is Meadowbank 2114 (near station). Could you please share the quote? Thank you!

Replace an existing 90cm gas cooktop with a new one.

To Install the following items; Install and a new twin basin sink and connect to the existing utility pipe or if needed change configuration to fit, sealing gaps and securing sink to the benchtop. (See photos of sink and existing pipe) Install a rangehood and connect to power. Both power outlet and ducting are behind the plaster board at the present. Rangehood comes with its own ducting. (Rangehood as per photos) Install a 900mm gas cooktop and connect to existing gas outlet or if necessary configure to fit and using appliance-grade silicone sealant to secure cooktop to the benchtop. All works to come with a warranty and trade person to be fully licenced and insured.
