Jemena has confirmed that a gas main/service line is available outside the property. Scope of work: Inspect the property and confirm the connection requirements. Assist with or coordinate the Jemena gas-meter installation. Run a new compliant gas line from the meter location to the kitchen. Remove the existing electric stove/cooktop. Install and connect a new gas stove/cooktop. Install the required isolation valve and regulator. Test the complete gas installation for leaks and safe operation. Provide the NSW gas compliance certificate. Make good any minor openings created for the gas pipe. Remove and dispose of the old electric stove, if possible. Please provide a detailed quote separating: Gas-meter connection or coordination costs New gas-line installation Gas stove installation Electrician’s cost for disconnecting the existing electric appliance, if required Any additional materials or possible charges Please state your NSW licence details, availability and whether you can manage the Jemena connection process. Need someone to connect an lpg fryer and chargrill to the gas line. Also swap the regulator for the automatic switch regulator on a small food truck. I have the right hoses and regulator. Took them out for a clean and need them reinstalled.

Pick up empty SwapnGo 8.5kg bbq gas cylinder and take to Shell gas station 4 mins drive away (Woolloomooloo), get a refill and deliver back to apartment. I don’t have a car to do it myself unfortunately :) The 8.5kg refill are between $29.99 and in stock there, added into the total budget unless i come and pay there. Happy to travel along in your vehicle to pay for the gas refill at the service station so would remove that from allocayed budget of $80. I can meet with it at kerbside of apartment building. Cut a tee into the existing gas line and run a new piece of copper pipe to where the gas cooktop will go. Test for leaks. Test completed works for correct operation where applicable. The defect noted on the certificate is: "Earth stake & weep holes in exclusion zone". Scope of work: Relocate/extend the gas regulator vent line or pipework to ensure it is clear of the electrical earth stake and building weep holes (per AS/NZS 5601.1 standards). Perform a pressure/leak test upon completion. Issue a formal Certificate of Compliance and a Leak Test Certificate as required by Jemena.
