Just moved in an and have an Emilia gas oven with broken seal. Would like it fixed and serviced and jets cleaned.

1. The existing bench cut out is 585mm x 500mm, the new cooktop base is 595mm x 455mm. 2. The existing gas pipe needs to be rerouted under the cooktop.

when i turn gas oven on with starter bottom all goes on but when i release starter bottom gas turn off

I'm after a NSW licensed gas-fitter to remove existing gas cooktop, adjust the position of the gas valve/copper piping leading into the cooker and install the new gas cooktop. The reason the pipe needs to be moved is to accomodate our new oven. The oven won't go all the way back to sit flush as the current gas valve is preventing it from being pushed back fully (around 5cm needed) I'm assuming the job will entail cutting the copper pipe and lower or recess a new valve/bayonet so it sits clear of the oven chassis. All work needs to be pressure-tested, leak-tested and provide written Certificate of Compliance on completion (if possible) The electric oven is already hard-wire connected and a power socked is already in place for the cooktop ignition. Had Ilve 90cm gas cooker for a while. For about 5 years, it takes ages to light hobs in evening. Suppliers will only service during day when there is no problem and gas wholesalers confirm no pressure issues (again during day but won't visit to test in the evening). When clicking the hob there is no gas flow then after 5 mins of trying it opens and lights ... Regulator?? Price for test, supply and install. Qualified and licensed plumbers only.

Any clever Rinnai heater technicians. I have an older style that needs maintenance. It's been working every year, and I can't afford to buy a new one.
