Doing a bedroom swap in our townhouse. Need to swap the furniture upstairs with the furniture in a downstairs room. Going Upstairs: IKEA Hemnes Day Bed, Mattress, side table and bassinet. Going downstairs: Single Bed frame, heavy Mattress, 2m long desk, desk chair, tv, side tables and some bags and bits. Once done I also need to move a cot, recliner and a set a drawers from one upstairs room to the other. All up probably about 12-15 items in total. Must also be careful on stairs as this is a rental place and we will get dinged for wall marks. We also need to time the job when the carpet cleaner is coming, approx 10:30am start, so take everything down, let him steam clean the carpet, and then move everything up. Whole job shouldn’t take more than an hour. Must be reliable and not cancel, and have a second person for lifting as we can’t help with heavy lifting.
