There is an old fridge and 7 filing cabinets that need to be removed and taken away please. The fridge doesn't work. But the filing cabinets can be resold if you like. I have hired a mini van and need help to move a modular couch (which is in 4 parts and easy to carry), and an outdoor dining table and QB frame and mattress (QB needs to be disassembled) There is good access and no stairs. I can assist and expect it would take no longer than 90 mins to load the van.

Monday -02-08-24 - PUBLIC HOLIDAY GC- We are moving our office from Main Beach {there is a loading dock} To 136 Flaxton drive Mapleton. We require a mover with a tail lift as the koalas are heavy. One is on a trolly and the other is on a pallet jack- so easy move onto truck and off. No stairs on either end. We will pick up and pack truck at Marina Mirage - 2 person job- need to start at the marina Mirage at 7am { the walk to the truck is 10 meters to lift- Down one flight- 50 Meters to the truck ramp} so we can miss the busy times and traffic- We will load up the koalas, then pack the balance of the truck with the office furniture- 1 x 3 piece reception- 1 x office desk , then boxes and sundry. After that- We then will drive to Paradise pint and collect more boxes and 1 fridge , cupboard, etc. Estimate 2 hours on site to load- 3o mins to Paradise point. 3 Hours if very slow {takes me two} to Mapleton- 3 Hours home - 1 hour at mapleton. Very easy unload. Pleas only send me an acceptance or not at all. I will pay a set fee so no need to reply if you cant do the day, star time {As I am dealing with a shopping centre bump in and out } or if want to negotiate or add hourly rate as extra. Thank yo though however we just want the firm price and ready to do it with out fuss. Also you must have insurance and be a two person team. Thank you. Sorry to be strict on this one however we have rules in the centre .
