What’s on site: • Loose/mounded soil across the front yard (already dug out, needs loading and carting away) • Tree roots, root balls and small stumps • Green waste – branches, palm fronds, agave/succulent clumps • Old timber offcuts, star pickets and a few lengths of rusted steel/pipe • Corrugated steel raised garden bed to dismantle and remove • Some rock/rubble and broken concrete • Old poly irrigation pipe and offcuts Scope: • Load out and cart away all of the above to the tip • Rough level / tidy the front yard batter once cleared so it’s ready for landscaping • All tip fees included in your quote (please itemise if easier) Access & site notes: • Sloped front yard, kerbside street access – plenty of room to reverse a tipper in • Overhead lines to be mindful of on approach • Power, water and tank plumbing along the house wall – please work around, no damage • Neighbouring driveways to be kept clear at all times What I need from you: • White Card + own PPE • Public liability insurance (please mention cover amount) • Confirm machine size, truck/trailer capacity, and how many loads you’re allowing for • Availability in the next 1–2 weeks, weekday preferred Please quote a fixed price (machine + operator + truck + tip fees). Need someone with a mini kanga or digger set up and a larger tipper trailer or tipper truck to empty a 4x4 meter stable of sawdust and horse manure which is probably 1.5- 2 meters high across. The gate way is wide enough for most of those machines to fit into but care does need to be taken as the property is leased. The truck/trailer can park very close and if operating by yourself could be an easy enough earn just using a machine. It will have to be removed also to wherever location you decide/ and have access to. Must be between the hours of 8:45 and 2pm - Could potentially be a 2x day job. I’m not sure how long it would take. It’s quite possible not long at all. Please quote on the overall job, your time and the removal. Cash will be paid.
