Easy access to apartment with parking. The old carpet is just cut in pieces and sitting on concrete, If you can help take this out and I will dispose of it.

Go to go to job site you will need a screwdriver or some type or a Stanley knife to try to peel up a corner of a carpet tile to see how easily they are to remove and take a video while you’re doing it so we can see how easily it’s to remove. And take a couple of pics of the current carpet tile to see if it’s salvageable. Need to do it in 1- high traffic area 2- non high traffic area. Need to dress casually but not like a homeless person.

Newly installed carpet was not cut for the wardrobe door track. Now it’s cut, tack strips need installing to keep the carpet stretched. The strips are for concrete floors which I have. The wardrobe doors and tracks will be removed prior to your arrival so you just need to secure the tack strips to the concrete and pull the carpet onto them. Need someone with carpet installation experience who knows what they’re doing. Cheers!

A small section of floorboards lifted up to allow power to be installed under the boards. This job needs to be done Tuesday or Wednesday 14-15 May. Following, that reinstallation within one week. Looking for someone with experience working with floorboards (herringbone style). Quote is for labour to remove floorboards, and replace afterwards. Our existing subfloor has deteriorated over time at doorways, so carpet needs to be pulled back and yellow tongue boards placed there (carpet is effectively being supported by joists as subfloor has combusted!).
