Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain. But I won’t have a full re-sand done so soon as one was only done 3 years ago. I am seeking quotes. I will remove and replace my own furniture. Thanks
Hired Sunny for a buff and coat of floors for the purpose of light refresh and removing scuff marks off the floors and light scratches. All of those came out. Job was done fast and good result. Thanks. See photos.before and after.
Refinish floorboards

There has been water damage which has made the boards swell and crack. There are a few gaps that need filling as shown below. I would also like to change the colour of the floors after sanding and repairing the cracks. I have attached the floor plan.
