Think a carpenter is needed. Damaged skirting boards, ive tried sanding them down and re painting them but think they'd be better off just being replaced. Not an entire room just small areas. I dont trust myself to remove them etc. Pics are taken after trying to sand them down and fresh paint (sorry photos arnt the best) Looking at booking for next weekend (13-14th) as I dont get paid until Wednesday

I would like to get a quote for my kitchen floor. Size of kitchen is 4.4m x 3.6m approximately. Replace old vinyl lino with new vinyl sheeting, or hybrid floor covering, probably a lighter colour than in the photo or same. There is asbestos under the vinyl in between top vinyl flooring and floorboard. I was advised could place new flooring over it. The pictures with silver tape over it are section where top vinyl tore off years ago. Silver tape is covering the asbestos tile under the vinyl.
