Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain.
