Flooring is Aqua Stone 6.5mm SPC hybrid (AQSSPC-009-6.5). I will have approximately 135m² of flooring supplied and ready on site. Existing flooring will be removed prior to installation and the majority of the subfloor is exposed concrete slab. The slab appears to be in reasonably good condition but has some old adhesive/residue and patched areas. I would like the installer to check the slab for flatness before installation and advise if any grinding, patching or levelling is required. Skirting boards will already be removed, so no scotia installation is required. New skirting will be installed after the flooring.
