Room size: - Approximately 2.82 m × 5.60 m - Floor area approximately 15.8 m² Scope of work: - Install 12 mm Quick-Step laminate flooring over the existing timber deck subfloor. - Colour to be advised after acceptance of the offer. - Supply and install a manufacturer-approved underlay suitable for installation over an existing timber deck subfloor.
