Scope of works - install flooring to: - Kitchen - Lounge - Hallways - 1–2 bedrooms (using laminate) - Final bedroom may use hybrid if laminate runs out Total area approx. 90sqm Materials on site: - 88sqm laminate flooring (including offcuts) - 50sqm hybrid flooring (including offcuts) Plan is to use the laminate for the main living areas and most bedrooms. Hybrid will be used in the last room if needed.
