Need this last little bit of flooring put in about 12 pieces of flooring material supplied

The carpet is stained and then bleached. I need to replace the bleacher part of the carpet. I have a spare piece of carpet you can use.

Wooden floor boards to be sanded. Two rooms on ground floor. Total space is 4.9m wide x 8m long = 39.2 square metre Old lino and underlay have been removed. We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan. Photos of current state of floorboards attached. We can remove most furniture in preparation, but ideally we would need someone to help move a wardrobe into another room (photo attached). Aiming for first two weeks of February.

We have removed old floating floor boards and need someone to lay new underlay and new laminate floorpboards. The room is rectangular so pretty easy to lay.
