I am looking for an affordable solution to renew/replace hardwood flooring. I just bought the property and 2 bedrooms have the wooden floor look dark and black in lots of areas. I am unsure why and what should be done. I think these rooms used to have carpets. There are no bathroom adjacent to those two rooms at all. Price is for a quote only. Please let me know what solution is and the estimated price. The two bedrooms are 20sqm in total. What will the price be if I do for the whole house?
