Find an experienced flooring expert in Rushcutters Bay

I have original hardwood floors. Had them sanded and stained about a year ago and one of the floor boards that cops a lot of foot traffic has cracked/split. When you walk on the floorboard it feels like the support beneath may be compromised - it feels a bit bouncy. There is also a hot water pipe that runs underneath this area and the area can be warm to touch the floorboard. I would like someone to come in lift up the floorboard, fix up the area beneath, patch the floor board and put it back in. The floorboard is about 2.9m long and about 1.8m of it appears to be splitting - the damage varies but it would appear to me that it can be patched.

Hello :) I am needing a section of my house to be relayed with sheet vinyl. It is a kitchen, sunroom and bathroom, and is approximately 32 metres squared. There is existing vinyl as you can see by the images, but we are hoping for sheet vinyl that can be laid over the top, except in the bathroom where the existing vinyl is really old and filled with gaps and will need to be removed and re-laid. The base underneath is concrete. Let me know if you would be interested in coming to the property to inspect.
