Hi there - over time some of our carpet has gotten a bit wet in spots and dried a bit warped. We also have a small section where the underlay needs replacing. The entire carpeted area is two bedrooms and a small living area, but it's just these two spots pictured where the carpet has warped

I need to replace the vinyl flooring in my kitchen. I have purchased the replacement vinyl. I need someone with the skills and tools to measure and cut the new vinyl to shape (the are lots of corners in the kitchen). See images attached.

I need old carpet pulled up in a hall way and the wooden/holding strips that contain the spikey nails holding the carpet removed. There are also staples in the boards that secure the underfelt that need removing. In the kitchen, I need foor boards prepared for sanding. This involves removing staples that were securing cork tiles down removing. The measurements of the rooms are: The hall 12 metres x 2 metres. The kitchen is 4 metres x 7 metres

I’d like to redo the floors in my apartment- removing old carpet (and tiles in the kitchen) and replace with hybrid flooring. I can assist if needed, I’m hoping since it’s not a huge space it will only take a few days to a week

Floorboard sanding required for hallway, lounge and dining room, kitchen and study. Floor plan of rooms attached and pictures showing existing condition. Lounge and dining room current condition is TBC as yet to move into property and check under carpet. All relevant rooms will be cleared of carpet and possessions and floor swept.
