Hi there - over time some of our carpet has gotten a bit wet in spots and dried a bit warped. We also have a small section where the underlay needs replacing. The entire carpeted area is two bedrooms and a small living area, but it's just these two spots pictured where the carpet has warped

Ground floor flat in Rosanna (near Heidelberg) Doors are brand new and need slight trimming to fit existing jambs. Lever handles are also brand new. Have all materials ready to go, just need to buy new hinges. Also need a small (less than 1 metre) length of skirting trimmed and reacted to wall. Wouldn’t take very long.
