We have a room which requires engineered timber flooring to be installed. Is it approx 5.1m x 4.2m. The subfloor is an existing deck and will need some work to tie in the levels with existing floor. Engineered flooring is 14mm thick and existing floor level is 21-25mm above the subfloor.
