Removal of carpet from ground floor apartment. Removal of mezzanine from one bedroom. Removal of 4 storage cabinets from internal, ground floor storage area. Must take all items away and dispose of them.

I’m looking for someone experienced in repairing floating timber flooring. A section of the floating timber floor, about 1 square metre, has buckled in the middle outside the laundry room. The floor buckles during winter but returns to normal in summer, so the issue appears to be seasonal. As far as I can tell, there is no obvious water damage. I’m looking for someone to inspect the cause and carry out the repair. If the problem is related to insufficient expansion gap or another installation issue, I’d like it repaired properly. I have half laid a carpet in our warehouse and I can’t get it right. There are carpet grippers all around the room and the carpet is somewhat cut to size. It doesn’t have to be perfect/permanent because it’s for a pop up. I just want it to look semi normal

Our engineered wood floors have some scratches from moving furniture in. Based on their depth, I bought some beeswax sticks to use, but I would like for someone who knows what they’re doing to fill the actual scratches.

We need help to remove current slate flooring in the living and kitchen area. The slate is on top of a cement layer which is on top of a protective layer and below is the original timber floor. We want to remove the slate floors so we can polish the floor boards underneath. There are areas that need cutting into especially along the edges of the wall or cabinet. Hello, I removed two built-in drawers in my apartment bedrooms & now need to cover the patch where they were with carpet to match the rest of the room. I have both the carpet & underlay from the living room (where I have removed the carpet) - I just need someone to install it.

I have a 2-in-1 job that I need help with. I have a section of laminate flooring in my living room that has swelled and cracked due to water damage from under the boards. The water appears to be leaking in from the window frame area, however it's difficult to be sure. The window outside appears to have several gaps where water may be entering from. The job would be to first find and patch the leaky area, then make sure it's sealed properly (we've had this issue before). After we're confident the leak is gone, we would need to replace a 1.5m x 1.5m section of the laminate flooring, and replace it with panels that match the existing color as closely as possible (it's fine if it's not exact, but we want it to be as close as possible). We'd want a handyman who has done work like this before so we can be confident that we will fix the problem once and for all.
