Hi there, I’m looking for a guy to lay ~95sqm laminate flooring in a 3 bedroom unit. Material will be provided (8mm laminate flooring, under layer, scotia and trims. The job includes 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, living room, dining, and a small common area. See attached floor plan. Easy access and parking. Floor level is pretty good but if needed self levelling that would be an extra.

I am currently painting my attic and will then be needing Lino to be installed on the top of the yellow tongue flooring.

Have recently had floating hybrid floors (8mm timber veneer) installed. Company which we used has done an (in our eyes) incredibly poor job. Original floor layer is unable to return until late next week and job needs to be finalised today so that furniture can be installed tomorrow. I have a table saw onsite and labour to assist, should only take a few hours to complete.

Hello everyone, My partner and I would like to have someone sand and polish our floorboards in our home. We have floorboards in the corridor. 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The space is about 45-50 sqm (I’ve attached the floor plan for your information) The house will be completely empty.
