Please ignore my budget task and put in your best offer accordingly by per sqm. Please include all expenses including all air tasker fee and removal of any offcuts or rubbish. I have 138sqm of floor space that requires installation of hyrbid flooring, scotia (similar colour to hybrid flooring) throughout the house and transition strips where required on a single storey residential house. Attached is the floorplan and areas excluded from installation is external part of the house (pergola and carport), the hallway bathroom and ensuite. There may be some doors require to be cut to ensure new hybrid flooring (7mm thick) can fit. Will need plywood to raise floor in bedroom 2,3 and 4. Property will be vacant. Current flooring is tiles and only bedroom 1 is timber. Subfloor is concrete slab. Therefore no removal of current flooring is required. Open to using your hybrid flooring supply (warranty certificate required from your supplier, please provide brand used) or I supply. Looking to get the job done ASAP since the house is ready and vacant.
