We have two Ikea STÄLL Shoe cabinet that are already installed in our hallway. We would like to add in another and need someone to cut holes into the skirting board so that the shoe cabinet can be installed properly.

Artwork was knocked off wall and damged skirting board in process. Need repair of damaged spot including painting to match existing skirting board.

Need sealing of ceiling cornices, skirting boards and some cracked walls in house and laundry. Single level townhouse.

I have two store rooms and a hallway which currently have old timber floors. Job is for supply and install carpet tiles to floor. Dims: Room 1: 4 x 2.2m Room 2: 5 x 3.3m Hallway: 800mm x 2.5m Floor plan attached. Some photos of the rooms and hallway also attached (note: all contents of rooms will be cleared out by us before work starts). Fifth picture is the type of carpet tile we want.

I need a concrete floor ground down. You will have your own grinding gear, and hopefully do this sort of work regularly. Just looking for a rough/medium grind, minimum exposure of aggregate, floor is currently level except for one corner where it is 10mm out of level. Looking for someone to repair the subfloor in my lounge room. * 1st bearer (against wall) has rotted and is broken in two places (underneath the 2nd and 3rd joist) * 4th joist also showing signs of damage (just after the 1st bearer) * not certain but looks like rot caused by moisture rather than termites * subfloor structure just supports the floor, not the walls * subfloor access is through hatch in same room (approx 60cm height)
