I have accidentally melted my carpet and I need to get it patched up. We have cupboards that are have the same carpet but no spare. It will need to be cut

The back deck of my house needs a good sand and re-oil. It measures 4.505m x 3.280m. Access is through the house: ground floor with street parking in Newtown.

The deck is made of red gum and is around 3 years post installation. There is a fracture/crack in a board for one of the stairs. I would like someone to remove the deck and flip it over so that the cracked wood is on the underside of the deck

Need the deck re-coat the deck. Also want to remove old plants and tidy up the timber and get new planting put in. I’ve added two photos of when the deck was first done. Hoping to bring it back to life like this.

I need someone to cut three skirting boards to size with angled cuts. The skirting boards are already provided; I just need them trimmed and cut at the correct angles.

Our bottom floor in our unit is 30sqm. We require a professional to first sand approx half of the ground floor (approx12sqm) as the kitchen floorboards are slightly warped due to our dog dragging water across the kitchen floor. Then, apply a varnish/resin/oil to the entire 30 sqm bottom floor. If possible, something water proof so that the water no longer stains and warps the boards. We will move everything out of the bottom floor and we will vacuum and mop so the entire downstairs is clean and good to go.

Remove carpet from Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Hallway and Living Room. Total approx 35m2 carpet. Dispose of carpet. Build trapdoor to access under the house in Bedroom 2 and Dining Room. Patch small hole in bathroom ceiling. Patch small hole in wall made from front door lock. Reattach kitchen cabinet door with hinges (you may need to buy the correct ones if mine do not fit). Remove old grout in kitchen under splashback, lay new grout/silicon. Reattach fallen tile to wall. New hinges for bathroom cabinet as rusted. Fill wall cracks. Must dispose of all rubbish and clean up. Must bring own tools, ladder, materials (plaster, grout) etc.
