I need my glass pool gate adjusted so it closes properly.

I need two black panels added to my front aluminium fence for privacy. See photos of how I want the black panels to look and also a photo of our existing open aluminium fence panels. To clarify, I will keep the existing aluminium open panels, but require a flat black panel to be attached behind the aluminium open panels for privacy.
