I need a tradesperson to fix the pool fence gate hinges at my property in Kew (3101). The pool gate was flagged as non-compliant in a recent safety inspection. The issues are: The gate does not reliably close and latch from any position. The gate does not close properly when a small force (about 250g up or down) is applied near the latch. What needs to be done: Adjust the hinge tension so the gate self-closes and latches every time. If the hinges cannot be adjusted, they will need to be replaced with compliant self-closing pool gate hinges (hinges must be at least 900mm apart or fitted with non-climbable caps). Goal: Make the pool gate fully compliant with AS 1926.1 – 2012 standards so it passes reinspection before the due date. Please provide: A quote for the adjustment or replacement. Confirmation that you have experience with pool safety compliance.

I have a post box from Bunnings to be installed into a paling fence. I also have a roll of shade cloth to be attached to the inside of double opening driveway gates to help block view of the carport from the street. This is approx 7 metres wide. I have the shade cloth roll.

Front fence needs repairing so gate can close. Post at front also needs to be stabilised. Back deck balustrade needs to be replaced due to rotting.
