I need a tradesperson to fix the pool fence gate hinges at my property in Kew (3101). The pool gate was flagged as non-compliant in a recent safety inspection. The issues are: The gate does not reliably close and latch from any position. The gate does not close properly when a small force (about 250g up or down) is applied near the latch. What needs to be done: Adjust the hinge tension so the gate self-closes and latches every time. I have a post box from Bunnings to be installed into a paling fence. I also have a roll of shade cloth to be attached to the inside of double opening driveway gates to help block view of the carport from the street. This is approx 7 metres wide. I have the shade cloth roll.

Front fence needs repairing so gate can close. Post at front also needs to be stabilised. Back deck balustrade needs to be replaced due to rotting.
