My backyard side fence was replaced about 10 years ago. In the last year or two, the central post has increasingly leaned inwards - I think the fence post hole must not have been dug deeply enough/fixed in position strongly enough. Now it moves in high winds and I am concerned it will collapse at some stage. I need the post reinforced, perhaps with another wooden post.

Replace rotten timber frame with 90x45 treated pine. Size is 1m x 2.5m. Reuse existing corrugated tin. Timber and fasteners to be supplied by tasker. No concrete pouring required, frame can be attached to existing shed wall and to corner post.

There is an old leaning timber fence, posts rotting need replacing. Want to reuses good panels. For a rental, so don’t want anything fancy, pine is fine

Remove existing gate cylinder and replace with a new Whitco deadlatch which is already on site. The gate is a rear single gate to a laneway in Fitzroy North and you can access the job via the laneway for convenience. The padlock on the inside is to remain and add the Whitco deadlatch. You might be able to use the existing holes in the timber frame or it may be necessary to make some adjustments to the frame for the new lock. See photos attached before negotiating final price.

6 metre fence completely replaced and back fence(may just need some replacement posts.

Due to recent strong winds the rear timber fence has become unstable and leans into the rear laneway. The timber paling is still intact but stumps are loose and gate is detached. The fence + gate is roughly 5 metres long. Required: Stabilise the fence and reconnect gate

I have a picket gate which is falling apart...frame has rotted and a post that is rotting. 2nd gate dragging along ground due to movement..just cut abit off the bottom. I will eventually get a new fence, once other repairs are done to the property. - Due date: Flexible

Install a brace section above existing gate, to provide support for fence and make it easier to open gate. New section to be solid and match the height of the fence. Painting not required. - Due date: Flexible
