Outlook is freezing not working

Lost email host due to business going broke. Subscribed to GoDaddy email Outlook 365 Office. Currently have Thunderbird emails which I need exported to Outlook, and/or using SMTP, pop imap retain Thunderbird emails while using Outlook service with these logins. This is a job at my place in Ferntree Gully. Not remote online.

I am having trouble with my email I get emails to different inboxes and ol emails keep popping up
