I put up hooks and they have ripped some paint off of the wall and damaged the dry wall - I would like support fixing them.

Kitchen sink tap needs to be replaced. Hot water tap is not working in upstairs or downstairs bathroom even though hot water in both showers is working fine. Please fix the issue so that the hot water taps work again.

We have two taps that are leaking. We've been told it's the sealant. We need a registered plumber to come and ensure they no longer leak.
