Subfloor: Yellowtongue particleboard. Total Area: 34sqm (includes 10% wastage). Scope of Work: Removal: Lift and dispose of existing carpet/underlay (living/dining) and vinyl (kitchen). Supply: Low to medium-quality Hybrid Flooring. I am happy to use discounted or discontinued stock to keep costs down, provided there is enough to cover the 34sqm. Installation: Laying planks across the yellowtongue subfloor, including scotia/beading. Stair Transition: The stairs are carpeted and staying as they are. You will need to install a matching stair cap/nosing on the very top step to neatly transition from the new hybrid floor to the carpeted staircase. Requirements: Full Service: Quote must include labor, supply of all materials (planks, scotia, trims, stair cap), and disposal of old flooring. Experience: Must be proficient in finishing stair transitions neatly.

Fix bathroom ceiling fan that keeps getting stuck when turned on that prevents it from spinning freely. It still has power and spins when it’s in the right position. So it works but maybe it’s not lined up. Not sure.

I have a 5-burner Smeg gas cooktop (middle burner is oval-shaped) with a continuous sparking problem. The issue started after cleaning about 2 years ago. Since then, when the power is turned on, all burners keep sparking continuously without stopping. To manage this, I’ve been turning off the power at the switch and using a lighter to ignite the burners. Gas is working fine and all burners function normally when lit manually. The issue seems to be related to the ignition system, likely a faulty ignition switch or spark module.

Hi - I need someone to install 12 steel pitch vertical wall strips onto a plaster and masonry wall (brackets and shelves will be mounted onto pitch strips after - see photo attached). The pitch strips need to be installed in 6 verticals 0.5m from floor, so they will reach 3m up the wall (i.e. each vertical is 2.5m). There are 12 strips in total 6 x 2m, 6 x 0.5m. We are painting the room this week so need quick installation Tuesday evening prior to painters coming in (there is a small amount of flexibility with timing). Steel strips, screws and plugs provided. Room has been cleared of furniture. BYO masonry drill and stepladder. Thanks!

Minor Wall Repairs & Paint Touch-ups I’m preparing my apartment for sale and need help with minor wall repairs and paint touch-ups. Scope of work includes: - Patching and repairing / filling holes from wall mounts, screws, photo frames and minor damage - approximately 15-20 spots. 1x tv mount 3x furniture mounts 2x heater mounts 7x photo hooks/ small holes 1 x minor damage to wall corner 3x small areas where skirting board removed 1x area where intercom has been replaced See attached photos (not including all as most furniture is still mounted) - Patch, sand and touch up with paint each item - Paint touch-ups to match existing wall colour (paint will be supplied) Damage is minor overall, but varies in size (small nail holes to slightly larger patches from mounts / skirting board removal).
