I have a piece of marine ply (2400 long) and I need it cut into three 170mm wide strips, and then one of those cut in half. It's on my balcony which is on the second floor of my apt.

Excavate and remove excess soil from the nature strip and backyard, and level the ground to the required finish.

There is a garden bed at the end of the pool , about 10m long. There are about 6 mid size tree stumps. Here is the task: 1- Remove the stumps 2- Remove the Stump’s roots 3- dig a 0.5m deep trench line in the middle ready for planting new trees. Please note that we want this done without damaging the pool pavers or dirtying the pool water. Thanks!

My hot water system stopped working suddenly. Vulcan gas storage hot water system Cold water is working normally throughout the house No water comes out from any hot water tap (kitchen, bathroom, shower etc.) Hot water was working normally yesterday Today there is zero flow from all hot water outlets No unusual noise from the hot water unit when hot taps are turned on Suspected issue may be a tempering valve, non-return valve, or hot water supply valve fault, but diagnosis is required. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair as soon as possible
