The toilet cistern appears to have an issue with the water flow. Water keeps running continuously and does not stop properly after the cistern fills. I just had this small cabinet assembled but the shelves and doors were put on upside down. I just need them put on the right way but I don’t have the tools.

4 leaky taps. 2 vanity

I recently had the wall mounted shower taps installed (the one shown in the attached photo). About one month after installation, the shower head started leaking even the taps were fully turned off. I have tried replacing the tap valves with several different types. Each time, the leak stopped for a few days, but then started again. I am looking for an experienced plumber to fix the leaking problem properly on site, rather than just replacing the valves again.
