Two other stumps - A friend cut the Macadamia tree down in March or early April and unknown to me at the time, poured Yates Tree and Bramble killer on the stump. Yates say “DO NOT CUT OR BURN FOR SIX MONTHS” – the stuff is toxic. This defers the job to October – I was going to do it but if you’re on site it’s yours. I had not expected such prompt responses. I need some old basin and shower taps replaced and I’m looking for quotes. Must be a certified plumber. My father in law says the breaches need repair or replacement. The job is fit 2 x basin sets, 2 x shower tap sets and 2 x shower heads.

Hi there, I need an experienced plumber or highly skilled handyman to replace two sets of bathroom taps and fix a leak. ​Task 1: Bathroom Sink (Vanity) ​Current situation: The 3-piece tap is constantly running and won't close properly. ​There is also a leak underneath the vanity from the braided flexi-hose (see photos), which has caused some water damage to the cabinet base. ​What needs to be done: Remove the old taps, install the new 3-piece tapware I will provide, and replace the leaking flexi-hoses underneath. ​Task 2: Bathtub ​Current situation: The 3-piece tap is leaking slowly, and water is pooling around the base of the tap handles. ​What needs to be done: Remove the old tapware and install the new 3-piece tapware I will provide. Bosch Maxx 8 condenser dryer (WTE86302AU). The dryer starts normally, the drum spins and runs for about 1 minute, then stops and the “Container” warning light comes on. I have already: * Cleaned the lint filter * Cleaned the condenser/heat exchanger * Cleaned internal ducts and lint build-up * Unplugged and reset the machine The machine has been partially disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, but the fault remains. Looking for someone experienced with Bosch dryers to diagnose and repair the issue.
