Raise water temperature in shower and upstairs (Heat pump) Here are the temperatures I noted (degrees celcius): Heat pump Panel temperature: 55 Water out of tank temperature: 53.1 Water out of tap (ground floor) temperature: 44.8 Water out of shower (first floor) temperature: 34.5 I would like the upstairs water temperature raised to 44.8 as it is currently too cold.

Hi, I need to plug sockets replaced/fixed and a celling fan light bulb replaced. The two plug sockets - one sockets switches are sinking into the wall. The other is pushing the plug out when I put one into the outlet. I’m unable to get the light bulb cover off to change it.

I WAS looking at induction and having a new circuit installed for this, but I’ve since been made aware by an Airtasker that this probably isn’t possible as I have no room for a new circuit on my circuit board. So I am probably looking at ceramic instead now. If it’s relevant for hardwiring of a ceramic cooker, distance from my circuit board to stove location is about 7meters (going around walls), shorter as the crow flies. Any questions let me know and any advice is welcome!

6 down lights are blown in my living room and kitchen. I would like them replaced. The ceiling is about 9.5 feet I think.

A townhouse with 17 very old wired in downlights (the type where you change the bulb), 4 downstairs in the entrance area, the rest upstairs in the main living area. I would like these removed and plugs placed in each of the locations (I will source and install new downlights myself). Require a licenced electrician.
