Need to change the light and fix the dimmable to connect with the wires

I need to have a pendant light changed in my home, removing one and swapping it for another. Older light fitting to be replaced for new one in box.

Edit: I already have FTTC. Just need FTTP and NBN is unable to install NBN box further than the front entrance. Looking for an electrician to route the connection box for FTTP so it's not right at the house entrance as NBN technician is unable to do this. Only needs a small extension by 1-2 metres. Box not yet installed - getting wiring done first per advice from NBN

The light switch in the bathroom, does not turn on. It is a two switch unit, one for fan and one for light. The fan works, but you cant press the light switch down to turn on

I have several power outlets in my home (living room and kitchen) that are not holding plugs properly. Whenever I try to plug in multiple devices in the kitchen they pop out, and the living room plugs won’t stay in at all anymore. I want a licensed electrician to: 1. Inspect the affected outlets. 2. Removal of an old door bell system

Raise water temperature in shower and upstairs (Heat pump) Here are the temperatures I noted (degrees celcius): Heat pump Panel temperature: 55 Water out of tank temperature: 53.1 Water out of tap (ground floor) temperature: 44.8 Water out of shower (first floor) temperature: 34.5 I would like the upstairs water temperature raised to 44.8 as it is currently too cold.

Air conditioner outdoor stopped working Sunday/Monday last week. Found that the circuit had tripped on our circuit board on Monday morning. Flipped the circuit back on and tried operating the air conditioner, but internal units turn themselves off after starting up. Found that the outdoor unit not operating, fan not moving, no noticeable activity. Appears to be an electrical fault. Looking for a service on Friday 31st Jan or as soon as possible.
