I have a few minor jobs - replace 2 down lights in my kitchen - look at a sensor light on my front porch which is working intermittently

Looking for an electrician to disconnect two overhead lights and three pull light switches, and remove a fan. Then later (after the 16th jan) to reconnect the lights and switches.

I need a licenced electrican to do the following: 1. Disconnect existing sensor light to garage and replace wit new senor light 2. Disconnect two fluro tubes in garage and replace with two new led tubes. Connect two sensors to these new led lights 3. Check existing smoke alarm - replace batteries/alarm if reuired. Red light flashing and went off 2 times. I will supply the sensor light, the led battens x 2 and the sensors x 2. looking for local sparkie in summer hill for a small job, not a conglomerate. In summary (full detail provided): 1 Two new power points (one down cavity and one in bathroom cabinet) 2. Move two existing power points 3. Change two existing power points from single to double We are installing some wardrobes and we need to move two existing power points and whilst doing this will take the opportunity to make a number of small changes. I have attached some photos. In brief: Skirting boards are about 25mm Wardrobes need to be flush to skirting Need to relocate one double power point currently mounted on skirting and one double power point mounted on wall bracket protruding more than 25mm. Both these power points prevent wardrobes being flush against skirting boards. Hoping to do following 1. Move existing power point in skirting board by about 30 cm so not behind wardrobe 2. For existing power point currently fixed to the wall, run conduit solution if narrow enough behind wardrobe to move the power point to a different wall accessible for bedside light adjacent to where the wardrobes will finish 3. Ideally install a new power point down the cavity from the roof pace (double brick external wall). 4. Change one existing single power point in a bedroom to a double point. 5. All the above new power points in the bedrooms to include USB port. 6. Change one existing single power point behind fridge to a double point. 7. Add power point in bathroom cupboard which backs onto existing kitchen power point ( would require drilling through internal single brick wall). - Due date: Flexible

I have two rooms with some older style pendant lights that I would like to replace with a more modern style. Both the new light fittings are light - around 1kg.
