Tried cleaning the filter and fan above the stove and heard a pop...I think it pulled the wire too hard and can see kitchen fuse went off. Need help fixing the wire/fuse and putting the fan back in

We can’t get internet. An NBN technician came out and spent 3 hours trying to get things fix, he said the telephone line / data socket isn’t reaching the main frame of the building. We need an electrician ASAP to do this otherwise we will never get a connection. 2 weeks and counting, turning into a nightmare - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 18th Feb 2022
