Hi, we are preparing for an apartment sale and would like a qualified electrician to replace a bunch of faded light switches and powerpoints please. We also have 2 X AR111 240-12v transformers to replace, to fix two lights. (they are very easy to get access to - not buried in the ceiling). Double powerpoints: 21 Double light switches: 3 Single light switch: 5 Triple light switch: 3 Quad light switch: 2 Single RJ45 wall plug: 2 (I assume you can do the coax/RJ45 but if not please let me know and I won't buy them) Double RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo coax/RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo coax/double-RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo quad coax/doubleRJ45 wall plug: 1 Some of the light switches are two-way (I think that is what you call it) - where 2 different switches control the same light. I am assuming that I just go to Bunnings and buy all of the switches/plugs, then you just install them, but please let me know if that is incorrect.

I need an electrician to install 3 oyster lights (laundry, bedroom and hallway), replace 4 light switches (3 single and 1 double) and 3 powerpoint covers (for aesthetics only), and fix a powerpoint fixture that is coming off the wall. Updated 21/07. Please update quote! Replace 11 old PowerPoints. Some will require just a new cover, others are mounted in brick walls and do not have a cover - new cover will need to be wired in existing hole. Tasker must have electrician certification. I will confirm how many need new covers vs wiring. At this stage, looking like 5 wiring into brick, 6 replacement covers on plasterboard. Please quote taking into account the split between rewiring and just a cover swap. I will provide the configuration of covers needed with the tasker i.e. double/single plug, light switches only etc.

Replace kitchen light fitting with a new one. Exactly the same light fitting. The old one is the wrong colour

Install supplied DC fan in bedroom. Ceiling access via manhole in bedroom ceiling. Replace existing bayonet light fitting with new white coloured down light fitting. Newly installed light and one existing down light to both operate on dimmer switch. You to supply white coloured dimmable down light (warm yellow light )and dimmer switch.

My tenant advises the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working properly. I need an electrician to come soon From what I can see there is not proper airflow in any of the bathroom fans, suggesting central motor may be the problem.
