Hi, we are preparing for an apartment sale and would like a qualified electrician to replace a bunch of faded light switches and powerpoints please. We also have 2 X AR111 240-12v transformers to replace, to fix two lights. (they are very easy to get access to - not buried in the ceiling). Double powerpoints: 21 Double light switches: 3 Single light switch: 5 Triple light switch: 3 Quad light switch: 2 Single RJ45 wall plug: 2 (I assume you can do the coax/RJ45 but if not please let me know and I won't buy them) Double RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo coax/RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo coax/double-RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo quad coax/doubleRJ45 wall plug: 1 Some of the light switches are two-way (I think that is what you call it) - where 2 different switches control the same light. I am assuming that I just go to Bunnings and buy all of the switches/plugs, then you just install them, but please let me know if that is incorrect.

Updated 21/07. Please update quote! Replace 11 old PowerPoints. Some will require just a new cover, others are mounted in brick walls and do not have a cover - new cover will need to be wired in existing hole. Tasker must have electrician certification. I will confirm how many need new covers vs wiring. At this stage, looking like 5 wiring into brick, 6 replacement covers on plasterboard. Please quote taking into account the split between rewiring and just a cover swap. I will provide the configuration of covers needed with the tasker i.e. double/single plug, light switches only etc.

My tenant advises the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working properly.
