tidy up loose cables in office for end of lease term

Our aircon stopped working last night. It seems to be tripping the main power. Now some of our sockets are working and others aren't. Aircon still not working even though we now have the main power back on.

4 simple ceiling lights need to be installed, 3 bedroom 1 for stairs that need have long ladder

I accidentally pulled my smoke alarm out of the roof last night. Nothing is broken, the wires are just hanging there, but I feel like I have a better chance zapping myself to death than putting the thing back into its place and wiring it.

I have 7 downlights, and I would like them to be dimmable.

Electricity not working at office premises - need a technician to check (and possibly repair).

This is the plan of the apartment, the red dots indicate where the current plug points are and small circles with T on are where we want them. I have attached some of the GPOs we have that I would like to have replaced too. As we need strata approval, I require a full quote.

Need to replace 2 halogen bulbs which are at around 20ft ceiling height along the stairwell (will require a long adjustable ladder) Also need tube light in attic checked, I have tried replacing the light and changed the starter too but didn’t work. Have replaced the downlight globe in our bathroom but still not working.

Need to install a new power point in the subfloor. The height of the subfloor is approximately 900mm. There is power to the subfloor already as it is directly wired to the subfloor ventilation fans. I will be replacing an existing fan with a new one that comes with a 240V power plug and therefore I need a power point. - Due date: Before Friday, 27 May 2022
