We are seeking a skilled and reliable shopfitter or team to complete the interior fitout of our new specialty coffee shop, Brew, No?, located at 10-12 Clarke Street, Crows Nest NSW. This job is based on a full set of architectural plans and documentation prepared by Total Fitouts (Draft Set dated 13/06/2025). The scope of works excludes all electrical and plumbing – these trades are being managed separately. Scope includes: Construction of new partition walls as per drawings Installation of joinery (counters, cabinetry, shelving, bakery display, etc.) Finishes application (painting, wall tiles, feature timber panels) Flooring works (Dulux concrete-effect finish) Coordination with other trades on site (electrician, plumber, certifier) Requirements: Experience with hospitality/commercial fitouts Must follow the provided design and layout drawings (we will supply the full plan set) Adherence to Australian standards including AS4674-2004 and AS1428.1 Must be available to start promptly and commit to agreed timelines Exclusions: Electrical, data, lighting, fire systems, plumbing, and AC installations are not included in this scope. Site Details: Approx. 26m² internal floor space Timeframe: Works to commence as soon as possible – target completion within 3–4 weeks of start date. Our aircon stopped working last night. It seems to be tripping the main power. Now some of our sockets are working and others aren't. Aircon still not working even though we now have the main power back on.

Electricity not working at office premises - need a technician to check (and possibly repair).

This is the plan of the apartment, the red dots indicate where the current plug points are and small circles with T on are where we want them. I have attached some of the GPOs we have that I would like to have replaced too. As we need strata approval, I require a full quote.

Need to replace 2 halogen bulbs which are at around 20ft ceiling height along the stairwell (will require a long adjustable ladder) Also need tube light in attic checked, I have tried replacing the light and changed the starter too but didn’t work. Have replaced the downlight globe in our bathroom but still not working.

Need to install a new power point in the subfloor. The height of the subfloor is approximately 900mm. There is power to the subfloor already as it is directly wired to the subfloor ventilation fans. I will be replacing an existing fan with a new one that comes with a 240V power plug and therefore I need a power point. - Due date: Before Friday, 27 May 2022
