Both wall sconces (2kg each) will be new installations in to plaster. Authentic Art Deco 3 piece ceiling chandelier & 2 wall sconces. All matching. Very good condition. Does need rewireing to get up to code. Burwood East pickup.

Must be certified, need you to put in some new powerpoints (there are powerpoints close by you can teather off), put in some dimmers (shelly gen 3 - we’ll supply) and some simple wiring - see diagram

Change down lights from warm to alternating white/cool light

We would like the air conditioner system cleaned as well as the fan above our shower. It’s a ducted heating/cooling system with only one vent coming from the roof.

Need some light fittings changed. Old ones removed and new ones installed 2 orange ones and 1 antler. 3x in total. Antler one is in a difficult place to reach so may not be easy. Other two are in easy spots.

New HW System replaced by plumber and connected to existing wiring, but circuit not getting power. Plumber tried pressing 'Boost' on smart-meter, but multi-meter not detecting anything at HW System end.
