Hi, I have 2 hardwired smoke alarms that need replacing. I have already brought the 2 new smoke alarms, just need someone to install. Refer photos for the old smoke alarms and the ones I bought. I want them to be installed properly and setup to be interconnected. In addition while this is done thought I would also tack on some light bulbs that need replacing. Refer pics. Note for the outdoor light I am not sure on the correct switch. Fine to omit the one in the staircase if you cannot safely reach it as it is very high. In summary: - replace 2 hardwired smoke alarms (I already have new ones) - replace one outdoor light bulb (Not sure which switch turns it on - I assume it’s just the bulb being out)(you to supply) - replace one bathroom heating bulb (you to supply) - replace light bulb in staircase (very high)(you to supply) Please supply warm coloured bulbs or similar to existing Looking to have this done this Easter weekend if possible. Hello i need to remove my old water heater and install the new wanna chat bought it's anything install it is located of side in the party is everything is very accessible. It's a heat pump water heater. Compliant electrical outlet he's accessible.

My hot water system (Aquamax 390) keeps turning off. I think the pilot flame works fine when I start it. After sometime(could be hours or days), the pilot light is off. It seems when the main flame switches off, the pilot flame too switches off. Need this to be fixed by a licensed & insured plumber and the heater to be continuously working fine.

Damaged plug on vacuum needs replacement

Split ac system. Compressor works but there's a leak in the piping. Repair the piping and regas. It's located in ground floor. Condenser is right behind the wall.
