Electrician required to disconnect and fitoff kitchen (2-3 GPOs) and reconnect. Demolishing existing kitchen this weekend and need 2-3 GPOs disconnected and fitoff so cabinetry can be removed, on Friday 20th Feb. Reconnection required once new kitchen has been installed in approximately 5 weeks. All other GPOs remaining in current positions. Licence and insurance required.

Shade on ceiling fan lamp has fallen down and looks like plastic covering has warped due to excess heat. Licensed electrician needed to inspect and advise of issue. Ceiling fan light in the second bedroom is flickering intermittently. Have not changed light bulb yet but also requires inspecting to advise of issue.

I have a small studio where the builder was supposed to install ths split airconditioner. He mounted the unit and believe connected to power but didnt have the pipe to connect indoor unit to outdoor. Since then he has ghosted me so just want to get this aircon connected. Its a samsung unit and on the day of install he said it needed a bigger fitting and didnt have it, thats all before he vanished.

I have two Fanco eco silent ceiling fans with lights that I need installed in a living room and bedroom. I would like a qualified and insured electrician with plenty of experience with doing this. I am purchasing a new air conditioner so that it can be installed at my parents house. They have an existing split system AC that needs to be removed and replaced with the new one I will purchase.
