We need 2 remote control ceiling light fans installed in an apartment to replace existing fittings

We require a kitchen light fixture to be required. We need a down light replaced in a staircase and a ceiling fan which is not working looked at and repaired.

8 external walkway lights need to be replaced, no longer working. They have been there for 30 years. Have replaced a couple of globes still not working.Have selected new lights, same as old ones.

the smoke alarm run out of battery, I need to change the battery, - Due date: Flexible

Need to move a light fitting and gpo in gyprock wall and patch previous holes. Also need gpo outlet checked out as no power being transmitted from gpo socket.

we took it down to change the battery as it was beeping, now I can not get the some cover on and if I put a battery in it alarms. It beeps constantly even when I turn off main power.
